Union
Project is gearing up for the 3rd Annual Rib Cook-Off competition,
"Duke of Ribs" and we need your help. We are looking for
the best ribs recipe in the city – your favorite neighborhood
place, an old family recipe or the highlight of a friend's barbecue –
tell us whose ribs you love! Everyone has their favorite and this
is their time to shine. We are also accepting amateurs, meaning
those who consider their family recipe to be the best, but may not
run a restaurant. Please send the name, address (and directions if
possible) and phone number for your favorite place/or person to
