The Beloved Community at UP

'Many Hands' MLK Jr. Day 2012 from Union Project on Vimeo. Video produced by Ben Noftzger.

Every year on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Union Project opens its doors to welcome our community together to honor the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  This year, the community helped us raise the bar. By collaborating with many community groups and organizations (scroll down to see the full list), we were able to offer art and interactive activities, a book giveaway, an amazing community-prepared meal and a chance for neighbors to march together for peace! Visit the Union Project facebook page to relive the event through pictures and we hope to see you next year to celebrate Dr. King!
