Taoist Tai Chi

Runs in 12-week sessions, on Mondays, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Next session begins Monday, May 6

The Taoist Tai Chi Society is an international non-profit organization founded by Master Moy Lin Shin, a Taoist monk. This style of Tai Chi is solely developed to improve health and well-being, body, mind, and spirit.

While open to any beginner, those with no previous Tai Chi experience may wish to wait for the next series to begin before sampling this class. New students often find joining the class mid-stream taxing because they start by learning both the new and the previously-learned material from the past classes. A new class is scheduled to begin at Union Project on Monday, May 6.

Instructor: Sheri Owen

Price: About $40 per month for adults and $30 for seniors. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
