Our building is the perfect place to celebrate weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other meaningful milestones.

Union Project is home to 155 community restored stained glass windows, 35-foot vaulted ceilings, original woodwork, and more than 4,300 square feet of stunning event rental space to bring your next special occasion to life.

Rental Rates

Weddings

Wedding Ceremony and Reception:
$5,000 for Saturday
$4,000 for Friday or Sunday

Ceremony Only:
$1,000 for Saturday
$750 for Friday or Sunday

All Weddings include:

  • Rectangle tables and chairs
  • Screen, projector, and sound system
  • Liquor liability insurance
  • Set up and clean up
  • Kitchen
  • Dance floor

Other Celebrations

(birthdays/anniversaries/showers)

$280 for a smaller party
(Up to 30 guests for five hours in the Atrium)

$625 for a larger party
(Up to 240 guests for five hours in the Great Hall)

All Other Celebrations include:

  • Rectangle tables and chairs
  • Screen, projector, and sound system

Repasts and Memorials

$500 for a small event
(Up to 30 guests for four hours in the Atrium)

$750 for a large event
(Up to 240 guests for four hours in the Great Hall)

All Repasts and Memorials include:

  • Rectangle tables and chairs
  • Screen, projector, and sound system
  • Tablecloths
  • Set up and clean up
  • Kitchen
