Advanced Clay Seminar

One-Time Workshop

Event Dates and Times:

January 22 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)

Event Cost:

Experiment with complex techniques, create ambitious projects, and hone your ceramics skills in this one-day advanced class. You will be able to sculpt, handbuild, and/or throw on the pottery wheel. Gain insight into creating a cohesive body of work for a portfolio and begin to write an artist statement. Mac McCusker, a nationally recognized ceramic artist with 23 years of experience in the ceramics community, will lead this advanced seminar. The class is intentionally small so that you have the opportunity to get some personalized instruction and guidance from Mac.

Union Project is committed to being accessible to all. The building is wheelchair accessible via the side door on Stanton Avenue, and an accessible parking spot is located just outside that door. Service animals are always welcome, and ASL interpretation can be provided on request. Please let us know what accommodations we can make to ensure your experience is positive, contact Michelle Clesse at 412-363-4550 or michelle@unionproject.org if you have specific accommodations or needs.
