As part of the 2024 Remake Learning Days, join us in our lower-level studio for a creative and fun contest! We’ll coil, sculpt, and squish clay in multiple Clay Olympics events.

Flex your artist muscles to roll the longest clay coil. Practice your prowess to guess the weight of our clay mystery vessel. Gather your team and work together in a Kids vs Grownups clay tower-building contest. Go head-to-head with other clay lovers in a memory coil puzzle. Get ready to sprint and put your creativity to the test in our speedy clay flower race.

Come one, come all– Participate or cheer others on – everyone is a winner. You might even take home a medal.

Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Free registration is encouraged but not required.

Clay Olympics takes place in conjunction with Union Project’s signature event and Pittsburgh’s largest celebration of ceramics, Mother of All Pottery Sales.

Union Project is committed to being accessible to all. The building is wheelchair accessible via the side door on Stanton Avenue, and an accessible parking spot is located just outside that door. Service animals are always welcome, and ASL interpretation can be provided on request. Please let us know what accommodations we can make to ensure your experience is positive, contact Michelle Clesse at 412-363-4550 or [email protected] if you have specific accommodations or needs.
