We are now accepting applications for food and drink vendors who wish to sell for part or all of MOAPS 2024. Vendors will be selected based on our commitment to curating a diverse and inclusive event and the availability of space. Your setup must be self-contained and self-sufficient. We cannot provide electricity.

• November 3, 2023 MOAPS 2024 Applications for Booth Artists, Spotlight Gallery Artists, and Food and Drink Vendors Opens
• January 2, 2024 Booth Artists and Spotlight Gallery Artists Deadline to Apply to MOAPS 2024
• January 5, 2024 Artist Selection Notifications and Table Fee Links Sent
• January 31, 2024 Food and Drink Vendor Deadline to Apply to MOAPS 2024
• February 9, 2024 Food and Drink Vendor Selection Notices Sent
• February 15, 2024 Non-refundable Booth Fee Due
• March 1, 2024 Promotional Toolkit Delivered to all event participants
• April 29 – May 6, 2024 Spotlight Gallery Artists must drop off work during designated times
• May 11, 2024 MOAPS 2024 Event Day

FAQ:

Do I have to stay for the entire event?
No, but accepted vendors do need to let us know in advance what times they plan to arrive and depart. Showing up later than what you notify us of in advance may impact your acceptance to future events. No-shows will not be asked to return to future events.

Is the event rain or shine?
Yes

Do I have to have insurance?
We need all accepted food and beverage vendors to provide a certificate of insurance naming Union Project as an additional insured under their General Liability policy 14 days before the event.

Is there a fee for food and drink vendors?
No

How many visitors typically attend MOAPS?
Over the course of the whole day, we typically see between 700 and 1000 guests.
